Emma is an experienced programme and project manager with 20 years of experience in ICT / business transformation projects spanning the entire spectrum of the project life-cycle, from building a business case through to post implementation and benefits realisation reviews. Emma has demonstrated an ability to deliver successful, complex projects within both the public, private and education sectors. She excels at building and maintaining relationships at all levels within internal, customer and 3rd party organisations and has delivered high-value projects in customer, contractor and sub-contractor arrangements. With a focus on delivery she faciliates the removal of bottlenecks, ensures robust risk management and strong financial controls.
